"Cara" Sprinter Camper Full Build

Conversion from a courier service van to a fully custom camper.

Touchscreen multimedia system, twin rotating cockpit seats. Dining area with tables. Handbuilt hardwood kitchen with fridge, twin gas hob, hot and cold water. Drawers and cupboards with 3d printed internals and holders.

Shower room with sink / vanity unit, instant hot water shower and toilet. Extraction fan.

Underbed large dining area / lounge with twin bench seating and rotating table. All built onto a floating frame allowing a 1.8m deck to roll out from under the floor, providing a sun deck to the rear of the vehicle.

Smart TV with Internet. Motorised bed that lowers from the ceiling (no need to make your bed up every night / day), a simple press of a switch and the bed with raise / lower fully.

Efficient interior diesel heater fed from the main tank.

Water heater (instant) runs from fitted LPG tank.

Full roof rack with a large solar panel providing twin 100ah lifepo4 batteries. Shore power with bluetooth Victron charger and regulators. Full wiring with 12v fuseboard and custom switch plates.

Ambient lighting throughout with multiple superfast charging points.  

Exterior paint mop with tinted glazing fitted all round with custom interior blinds. Remus Sprinter hidden cockpit blinds. Wide arches and all terrain tyres on modular steel rims. Stainless nudge and roof bar with marker lights and high power spot lighting. Parking sensors front and rear.

Decals and rear ladder fitted and side 3m electric awning above sliding door with exterior lighting. Handmade solid african hardwood flooring, curved in the cockpit and full in the rear lounge. Trimmed off with brushed bronze.

Gas safe lockers front and back providing independent fuel for the hob and boiler. Underslung fresh water tank feeding a constant pressure plumbing system with expansion tank and 12v water pump.

Alcantara / Velvet headlining with contrasting railings blue ceiling. Large overbed climb out 12v skylight with mosquito net. Rear curtains and stainless steel bed guides. 

Full independent sound system with 6x9 and 120mm speakers throughout. Fired from a Pioneer amplifier and Bluetooth headunit. Finished with stainless and brass accents, distressed toffee leather with alby blue panelling. 

This is the culmination of everything I have ever done in one vehicle. A beautiful build that was very challenging but worth it all seeing the final result. Delivered to the client ready to rock.
